Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, project message, and any other information you choose to provide. We use this information to reply, discuss your needs, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.

Website and security information

Squarespace hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include IP addresses, browser and device details, referral pages, and site interactions such as pages visited and timestamps. We use Squarespace analytics to understand site traffic and improve the website. Squarespace also processes some visitor information for its own purposes, as explained in its Privacy Policy.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse. It may process technical and interaction information and use a necessary security cookie for that purpose. This security processing is separate from optional site analytics.

Marketing

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. If we offer marketing emails, we will ask you to opt in separately and provide a way to unsubscribe. Replies and follow-up about your inquiry or project are part of handling that inquiry.

How long we keep information

For inquiries that do not become projects, we retain correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete it from the active systems we control unless a specific ongoing business or legal reason requires retention. If an inquiry becomes a project, relevant correspondence may be kept with project, contract, and accounting records for as long as needed to perform the work and meet applicable obligations. Provider backups may remain temporarily under the provider's retention processes.

Privacy requests

You can email bauza@bauzadatasolutions.com to ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information where a legitimate legal or business obligation requires it. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.

Security and location

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for business operations. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Bauza Data Solutions is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
